Cancellation policy

Preorders
When you purchase a preorder, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout. 

You can cancel a paid preorder order that has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full refund if the items are unused within 14 days. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
